Privacy and important information
Your claim details stay private. The coherence check and the built-in letter composer run in your browser. Your draft answers are cached only in your own browser. When AI drafting runs, your form answers (and nothing else) are sent once through our server to the drafting service (Groq), which does not store them or use them for training. We never store claim content, your name, or your NDIS number in any database. We use privacy-respecting analytics that counts visits and button presses, never records what you type, and sets no tracking cookies.
This is an independent administrative support tool. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the National Disability Insurance Agency, and the NDIS logo and brand remain the property of the NDIA. This tool provides general information, not legal, financial or allied-health advice, and does not guarantee that any claim will be approved or upheld at audit. Confirm claimability against the current NDIS operational guidelines and lists of supports at ndis.gov.au before purchasing. Retain quotes, invoices and this statement for a minimum of five years.
